The agriturismo
The Fiocchina Magic Place farmhouse consists of about 30,000 sq. m. of terraces immersed in the unspoiled natural park of San Bartolomeo, about 10 minutes from Salò.
The property is the ideal place to relax, disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle and enjoy the peculiarities of the area: nature, history, art, culture, sports, entertainment, biofood and much more.
Going up the "Via Lucis", undoubtedly a unicum among the most beautiful scenic roads in the western Garda area, you will reach a magical space with a breathtaking 360-degree view of almost the entire lake basin.
The accommodation
Fiocchina farmhouse offers its clients 3 different types of properties:
Receptive property, completed in 2022, consists of:
- 3 studio apartments on the ground floor: equipped and equipped with entrance from the garden, double or twin bed, kichenette, ante-bathroom, spacious bathroom with shower and outdoor dehor with lake view table.
- 1 studio apartment on the ground floor: equipped and furnished with double bed, kichenette, ante-bathroom, spacious bathroom with shower and outdoor dehor with lake view table - with possibility of additional combined room equipped with 2 bunk beds.
- 2 two-room apartments on the second floor: equipped and furnished with separate entrance, kitchen, living room (with double sofa bed), double bedroom, ante-bathroom, spacious bathroom with shower and large terrace with panoramic lake view.
Multifunctional property, completed in 2022, consists of:
- Multifunctional hall of about 70 square meters, ideal for events, meetings, courses, holistic activities, yoga, workshops, etc., with spacious two bathrooms, dressing room and bathroom with shower.
- Restaurant on the ground floor with professional kitchen equipped for about 70/80 meals

The Fiocchina Magic Place farmhouse is located "inside the center of Lake Garda" not only because of the absolute uniqueness of the panoramic view, which embraces practically the entire lake basin, its landscapes and mountains, but particularly because it is an unspoiled paradise. It seems to be "out of this world" even though it is only about 10 minutes away from Salò, one of the most characteristic resorts on Lake Garda, rich in culture, history & glamour.
