The agriturismo
Agriturismo Monte Cicogna is located in an old farmhouse on the edge of the old village of Moniga del Garda, only 200 m from the center. It is ideal for those who want to spend a few days of quiet and relaxation in the middle of nature with breathtaking panoramic views:; from the porch the view runs uninterrupted on olive trees and vineyards to the lake and to Sirmione. All rooms are furnished with care and equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, TV, wi-fi .. At guests' disposal large common areas both on the ground floor and upper floor rooms: dining room, 2 living rooms, large porch, extra bathroom. At the Azienda Agricola Monte Cicogna you can taste the DOP oil, and the doc wines that the company historically produces from its own land.
The accommodation
In an old farmhouse on the edge of the old village of Moniga del Garda, you can enjoy the peace and relaxation of a picturesque strip of land, among olive trees, vineyards and breathtaking views of the lake and the peninsula of Sirmione. The farm is part of the homonymous winery, which has always been run by the Materossi family, which produces DOC wines of Garda (typical of the area of ??Chiaretto, Groppello, Riesling, Lugana ...), sparkling wines and DOP oil, which is possible taste on site. The farmhouse of about 300 square meters, recently renovated, is built on two floors: on the ground floor are the common areas (entrance, living room with fireplace, dining room for breakfast and bathroom); on the upper floor there is a large study area, a loggia with a panoramic view and the three bedrooms, one of which has a lake view with direct access to the loggia, a small entrance, a bedroom with two large beds, a bathroom and a suite for 4. with corridor, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom. All rooms are furnished with care, independent and equipped with air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi and hairdryer. Private parking available. The farm is a quiet place a few steps from the center of Moniga del Garda. The location is really strategic to live in contact with nature, play sports, learn about the interesting historical and cultural realities of the territory: from here you can make beautiful walks along the lake and ride a bike. At 4 km is the Garda Golf and a few minutes, Saḷ, Desenzano del Garda, Gardone Riviera (with the Vittoriale) and Sirmione (with the spas and the Grotte di Catullo). Very close to Brescia, Mantua and Verona, city of art and events (A4 entrance only 8 km away), Gardaland and Zoo Safari.
