The agriturismo

Agriturismo Scuderia Castello is located on the hills of Toscolano Maderno, on the western shore of Lake Garda in the Alto Garda Bresciano Park, with a splendid lake view.

It has a well-equipped riding school where it is possible to take riding lessons even for beginners, walks and, for the more experienced, trekking of one or more days.

The accommodation

The family-run farm, with a magnificent view of Lake Garda, has 8 rooms furnished in rustic style, where the wood is the master.

Each room has a private bathroom with shower, balcony or terrace, with spectacular views of Lake Garda and Mount Baldo. All of them also have free Wi-Fi internet access, while there is no television, so that guests can better appreciate the magic of the place.

 

The restaurant offers typical regional dishes and, on request, also vegetarians.

The products used are for the most part company or local production. The unmistakable dishes of the region, the wine, the extra virgin olive oil and the cheeses seduce with their variety. For the rich and abundant breakfast and dinner, but also for moments to spend with friends, there is a cozy living room with fireplace and in the summer months the terrace is a real balcony overlooking Lake Garda.

Activities and surrounding

For more than 25 years the farm has specialized in equestrian tourism. A well-equipped riding school offers its customers exciting horse rides, both for beginners and for expert riders, but also multi-day trekking in the mountains of the hinterland of Gardesano.

The surroundings also offer the possibility of both naturalistic itineraries in the hinterland of the park, and historical and cultural itineraries in the localities near the lake.



To visit are certainly the tourist centers: Salò, Gardone Riviera with the Vittoriale, Riva del Garda, Gargnano, Limone, Desenzano and the beautiful Sirmione, with the Caves of Catullus. In the hinterland we recommend Valvestino, Costa di Gargnano, Briano, Tigrale and Tremosine.
