The agriturismo
Surrounded by the vineyards and next to our wine making facilities the agriturism Ambrosini is a family business.
Our cooking embodies the tradition of the Franciacorta territory. Among the dishes we offer, always well suited with a bottle of our Franciacorta wine, the most representative is “Spiedo Bresciano”, a selection of various meats - cow, pork, chicken, wild meat - coming exclusively from our or the surrounding farms. The Spiedo is rigorously roasted for 6 hours using wood coming from our vineyard which ensures an even heat distribution and enriches meat's flavor with its perfume.
Two dining rooms hosting up to 40 people each are available upon reservation for dinners, birthday parties, Christening celebrations, corporate dinners, and meetings. The menu can be customized according to your requirements. A traditional menu example can be downloaded here below

As well as we cook for the guests, we welcome the guests, we take care of the crops.
It was a desire to to pursue a passion which led me to run an agriturismo.
