The agriturismo

Our menus follow the natural rhythm of the seasons, based on traditional local and regional cuisine and on the study of healthy eating. Most of the raw materials used in the kitchen come from our fields and stables. Fruits and vegetables are organic, we pick up the local wild herbs and breed cattle, sometimes rabbits and geese with respect and care. For what we can not directly produce ourselves, like eggs, cheese and milk, we rely on farms or small local producers that we know personally.
We prepare pasta, ravioli and desserts by hand.
