Rates:
Prices for all rooms include overnight stay and breakfast. Daily cleaning is included in the price of the rooms.
Apartment prices include overnight stay only.
Rosa and Terra Apartments:
Initial linen is included in the price of the stay. On request, with extra charge:
- Breakfast: 6 euros per person per day;
- Housekeeping: 15 euros per day.
Wellness area: entrance 7 euros per person per day.
Change of sheets in rooms every 4 days (or on request)
Change oftowels in rooms every 2 days (or on request)
Change of sheets and towels in apartments only at the beginning of the stay (or on request)
Stay for children between 0 and 2 years cost euro 10 / day

ervation Each reservation is guaranteed only upon payment of a deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay
Cancellation - up to 2 weeks before the beginning of the stay: the entire deposit will be refunded - 1 week before the beginning of the stay: 50% of the deposit will be refunded - less than 1 week before the beginning of the stay: no refund.
