Via Cascina Santa Brera, 20098 San Giuliano Milanese (Milan)
At the heart of the South Milan Rural Park, an old farmhouse renovated using green building principles and materials, offering guest accommodation in 25 hectares of protected land, cultivated organically.
A large stable block spanning over 140 m2, with beautiful granite columns and a central pillar, has been transformed into a multipurpose space for cultural and recreational activities with large windows overlooking the vegetable garden: the ideal spot for family celebrations, for spending wonderful days in good company, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The guest rooms are extremely spacious, with large private bathrooms (with walk-in shower, toilet and a wood and wrought iron finish), restored period furniture and TVs on request. The new furniture has been treated with natural plant oil based impregnators, and the mattresses are extremely comfortable.
You’ll also find apartments with kitchenettes, equipped with electric ceramic hobs, porcelain stoneware sinks, extractor hoods and silent refrigerators. All you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner is available upon request, from plates to pots, glasses, cutlery, tablecloths, oven gloves, colanders, wooden chopping boards and ladles, bottle openers, and more.
Hot running water is always available, thanks to the modern recirculation system which directs it throughout the complex.
In collaboration with the Cooperativa Sociale Praticare il Futuro (Practise the Future Social Cooperative), the agriturismo offers a range of workshops for children, school groups and families all year round, with summer camps available during the school holidays.
The towns of Melegnano and Viboldone, and Mirasole and Chiaravalle Abbeys are all worth a visit.
Inform the agriturismo of any animals at the time of booking.
Owners will be held responsible for damage to property and persons.
