The agriturismo
The farm stands at the edge of the Riazzolo Wood, 15 km from Milan, in the commune of Cisliano.
The estate is part of the protected South Milan Park, home to a wealth of pathways, streams and rivers rich in history. Since 1996, the farm has been cultivated using certified organic methods. The farm rears native Lombard species, such as Varzese cattle, Milanino chickens and Brianza Mericanel bantams.
The accommodation
Guest accommodation is available in eight twin rooms with bathrooms, oak wood floors and comfortable wrought iron beds. You'll also find a two-room apartment with bathroom. The rooms and apartments include TVs and Wi-Fi internet.
The restaurant serves a typically Lombard menu based on the farm's own organic ingredients, with plentiful vegetables and legumes, as well as cured and fresh meat and cheeses from the Varzese cattle (Slow Food philosophy), guaranteeing excellence throughout the chain, from the raw produce to the final dish. Spacious air conditioned lounges are also available for weddings and receptions. Outside there are large lawned courtyards for aperitifs and photographs.
The old hayloft is now a space for meetings and conferences. For more intimate business gatherings, courses and seminars, you'll also find a lounge with open stone fireplace. Both spaces include Wi-Fi internet, a projector, screen and mobile flipchart easels.
