The agriturismo
The agriturismo is located in the heart of The Marches, in the gentle hills of the Jesi Castles, a land rich in history,art,traditions. The sights are enchanting with hills sloping gently down to the coast. All around you ancient villages bear traces of a noble past, blending with modern living. Here the famous white wine Verdicchio D.O.C is produced and a delicate olive oil.
The structure is made from a farmhouse divided into three spacious and comfortable apartments and a new fourth apartment accessible for disabled, situated in a separate building, 30 meters distant fom the other apartments.
The accommodation
Despite being located in the quietness of the country, the village is within easy access, just half a kilometre away.
Available to all guests is a common swimming pool and a covered pergola for each apartment.
The living units have been restored with special care to details (decorative beams, fired-brick and wooden floors) and are well furnished
The guests can expect a free and independent stay in a healthy environment.
For open air relaxation, every apartment is provided with its own pergola and garden.
The swimming pool is on a natural terrace perfect for sunbathing.
Apartment 1:
This three-room apartment is 90m2 and is on the second floor.
There is a large kitchen-living room with a three-seater sofa-bed, fireplace and balcony.
There are two separate bedrooms and a bathroom.
In the main bedroom there is a kingsize bed and the beautiful furniture dates back to the beginning of the 20th century.
The second bedroom has two single beds in cast iron and furniture dating back to the end of the 19th century
Apartment 2:
This two-room apartment is located on the ground floor and is 79m2.
It consists of a large kitchen-living room with a three-seater sofa-bed, a single sofa-bed and access to the private pergola and garden.
The bedroom has a queensize bed and there is a separate bathroom.
The furniture of this apartment is simple, elegant and functional.
Apartment 3:
This 80m2 apartment is on two floors.
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen-living room with a three-seater sofa-bed and access to the private garden with pergola.
This room's furniture, in local oak, is crafted by a skilled artisan.
On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a queensize bed and a single sofa-bed.
There is a small balcony and a separate bathroom.
The wardrobe, drawers and night tables date back to the end of the 19th century.

This apartment is an independent building 30 meters distant from the other apartments and 10 meters from 'the proprietor's residence.
It is situated at ground level, beneath a terrace reserved for the proprietors' used. Parva Domus n.4 is spacious and comfortable,with a capacity for up to 6 guests and has independent entrance. There is a well- appointed kitchen,dining and living area,two bedrooms that can be configured as singles or doubles,at third bedroom with a set of bunks, a bathroom . The private furnished terrace is accessed through double doors leading from the kitchen,and offers guests a place to enjoy the panoramic views.
