The accommodation
WE ARE PATRICK AND MARY AND WE ARE LOVED IN THESE LANDS. We are respectively of German and Italian origin, so we decided to move from Switzerland to Monte San Vito, buying and renovating a farmhouse surrounded by a land that we cultivate with passion. We want to transmit this passion to all those who want to be our guests. Our structure offers 9 comfortable apartments equipped with air conditioning or fans and a kitchen that makes them all independent. Each apartment also has a terrace or veranda where you can enjoy the view of the Apennine mountains or the sea. FOR YOUR TOTAL RELAXATION, AT THE OLD ROSE, YOU WILL FIND A BEAUTIFUL AND LARGE SWIMMING POOL TO YOUR COMPLETE DISPOSITION. Even the little ones will have their outdoor play area and can do it in complete safety. The farm is located just 10 minutes walk from the center of the historic village of Monte San Vito, where you can find food shops, restaurants and bars.
