Agriturismo Galanti is in Cossignano (AP), just 15 minutes drive from the beaches of the Adriatic Riviera (San Benedetto del Tronto), 30 minutes from the Ascoli Piceno city and 45 minutes from the Sibillini Mountains. who are looking for a relaxing holiday given the proximity to both the sea and the mountain.
The accommodation
Cossignano is a typical medieval town, not far from the beaches of San Benedetto del Tronto and Grottammare; just 500 m from this beautiful village lies the agriturismo Galanti, in an enviable position because located 15 km from the Adriatic coast, and a short walk from Parco Nazionale dei Monti Sibillini and art centers as Ascoli Piceno, Castorano, stop, Ripatransone.
Two apartments for guests: different each other, carefully furnished and with private entrances, Manu has a master bedroom with en suite shower room, TV, kitchen (with fridge and oven), heating; Dani offers two double bedrooms, one with double bed, two bathrooms, TV room and kitchen.
Cossignano, with just over 1000 inhabitants, stands on a hill overlooking the surrounding hills and offers views ranging from the sea to the Sibillini mountains.
During the summer there are numerous theatrical, cinematographic and musical activities, and you can see the typical medieval reenactment of the country.
The walls of the medieval town of picenum have an architectural structure that follows that of the Castle, with the old town bounded by walls dating from the late 13th century and still well preserved. We recommend that you visit the Torrione di Porta Levante, the Church of Santa Maria Assunta (eighteenth century) and the Church of the Annunciation dating from the 13th century.
From the farm are within easy reach the Riviera and San Benedetto del Tronto, an important town in the Marche riviera, a very active fishing village and one of the biggest resorts of the Adriatic coast, with a long beach Sandy White, characterized by shallow waters.
