For guests, 8 mini apartments are available: 3 studio apartments and 5 three-room apartments that are cozy, comfortable, and stylishly furnished. Each apartment has a dining room, kitchen with stove, electric oven, and refrigerator, sleeping area, and bathroom; they also offer independent air conditioning, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi.
Inside each apartment guests will find bed linen, towels, and all kitchenware.
Activities and surrounding
The agriturismo is in a convenient location for reaching numerous medieval villages and well-known seaside resorts such as Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto, or the nearby beach of Pedaso, just 7 km away.
For lovers of promontories, the Sibillini mountains, with magnificent hiking trails, can be reached in 30 minutes, while in the vicinity of the farm, guests can try their hand at sport fishing in the lake or golf or go on cycling trips, shopping trips to footwear outlets or visits to prestigious wineries with tastings.
