    "Beautiful resort"

We stayed for the Epiphany, three nights served and revered. A wonderful farmhouse in the countryside completely refurbished by "Uncle" Paul when he welcomed the little Philip and his parents as we were at home with his delicious delicious dishes, but especially with the desserts. A structure 10 and praise. Too bad for the period because we would have done a dip in the stunning pool. Surely we will return to find "Uncle Paul".

    "Very good"

    "In the midst of nature"

    09/03/2010

The place is very beautiful, surrounded by nature very own (1.5-2 km of smooth dirt roads), foxes, birds of prey, butterflies and wasps also purtropppo etc etc. Strategic location convenient to beaches and mountains. The website is faithful to the characteristics listed except for the kitchen where we expected more typical; Sig.Paolo the manager is nice and helpful.

I have just returned from another great week at Ramuse. It is cherry time & my grand daughters were delighted with Paolo’s sweet cherries, freshly picked in the morning in Marche & devoured in London in the afternoon.
Once again we have discovered new villages full of character along with local wine & beer producers. The weather was great & many gelatos were consumed both at the seaside & in the towns. Paolo is a great host and we enjoyed his chocolate salami, which includes sultanas soaked in his vin cotto. We shall return in October for the Autumn festival. I have been going to Ramuse since June 2006. Last year I visited Ramuse six times! Gennaro Contaldo turned up in April & cooked us lunch. Paolo used to supply Gennaro with truffles. Throughout the year I find it a most relaxing place. Ramuse is set in a beautiful tranquil valley & it is your host Paolo’s family farm which he has fully restored in a traditional style. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept on. In winter the under floor heating is superb. At the top of the valley you can see the wonderful snow capped Sibillini Mountains & you are only 30 minutes from the deep blue Adriatic Sea with its shallow sandy beaches.

Holiday in Ramusè: a symphony of birds chirping and leaves rustling. Refreshing wind of the Sibillini mountains. Pool with unparalleled panoramic views. Kittens feeding. Conversations with nice people from all over the world. White wine that tastes like fresh peach. Spring water jugs in hand-made. Pasta of Paolo enjoying beautiful mom. Energy refuel! Jogging with Francesco. (High) to do mountain tours. Swim in tranquil mountain lakes or near the Adriatic Sea. Handmade shoes from Gabriella buy. Pray with pilgrims in Loreto. The Museo della fisarmonica Castelfidardo listen to a Stänchen. In the Art Nouveau Café Meletti in Ascoli Piceno anisette drink. And in the evening: to share experiences on all beautifully set table with terracotta Paolo.Vin under a starry sky. Watch fireflies. Happy in the good beds sink!

    "You will love this place!!"

    10/14/2009

Looking for paradise? A place to relax? An owner, Paolo Ciccioli, who is not only helpful, warm and welcoming but who makes you feel like beeing privatre his guest? Who introduces you to his friends or organizes a spontaneous barbecue party at his farmhouse? Who does not only cook but also like in heaven Allows you to watch him, help him or share receipes? Well, you have found the place!

We have been to many agritursimo in Itlay, but trust me, this is my favorite place. The first we were there was in July, we immideately returned three months later. You will enjoy the great accommodation (the photos of the rooms on this page DO NOT show the atmoshere) and you will especially enjoy the great swimming pool with a view on the borgo of Force and into the valley. The best time is in the Summer evening when Paolo places the tables for dinner in front of the house, opens a bottle of good red wine and serves his deliciois food.

Still not enough? Did you know that in his past life Paolo supplied the chefs of the top London restaurants with Italian truffle. That even people like KJamie maltster or Tim Oliver, well known as televison cooks in their counry, Paolo know or have even stayed at his farm holidays. Well, I should tell, I am afraid that next year when the word is spread, the accommodations will be booked by food-lovers or hunters trufle (which you can do together with Paolo at the right time of the year, he has a trufle hunting dog and offers a course on that) ... if you are warm of heart and do not look for a chilly hotel but for a place you feel welcome at than you will love as much as Ramuse we do. :-)
