We are ideally located to reach the Sibillini National Park, the Adriatic Riviera, Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, about 30 minutes by car, and touristic and cultural itineraries to discover the surrounding medieval villages.

The atmosphere is breathtaking and familiar.
The 5 rooms located on the ground floor and 2 on the second floor, are complete with facilities (TV, bathroom, air conditioning and wifi)
The kitchen and dining room on a large, bright veranda with large windows and outside views are on the first floor.
The swimming pool with hydromassage has a large garden to enjoy moments of relaxation.
Our cuisine (directly handled by the owners) proposes meat, codfish and vegetarian menu in an interesting highlight of local gastronomy in March without forgetting the dishes of national tradition.
With the cooperation of local professionals, we offer a range of services designed to make your stay stimulating and rich in cultural and gastronomic experience:
