The agriturismo
In the Fermo and Monterubbiano hills stands the La Levandara agriturismo, a cosy traditional farmhouse caressed by the Levante breeze which blows from the sea.
15 minutes from the Adriatic Sea and 30 minutes from the Monti Sibillini National Park, the agriturismo is set in unique and magical landscape, embracing in a single glance the sea, the rolling hills and the blue mountains beloved by poet Giacomo Leopardi.
New outdoor swimming pool!
There are two communicating basins: main pool 12x6 m large, depth 1,4 m and children’s pool 4x4 m large, depth 0,4 m. The pool is surrounded by a large solarium with sun beds and umbrellas, and amazing, breathtaking landscapes. There are also showers and changing rooms available.
The accommodation
The agriturismo offers 2 double rooms and 3 mini-apartments, all with private bathrooms (walk-in showers and hairdryers included), televisions, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating. The accommodation features wooden furniture and flooring and exposed beams.
Maestrale: a double room with spectacular views of the hills and the ancient hamlet of Fermo.
Grecale: a mini-apartment comprising a double room and a mezzanine level with two single beds, with views of the hills and the ancient hamlet of Fermo.
Scirocco: a cosy mini-apartment comprising a large double bedroom and a twin room.
Garbì: a characteristic mini-apartment comprising a double room and a mezzanine level with two single beds, with views of the ancient hamlet of Torchiaro and the Sibillini Mountains.
Buriana: a double room with beautiful views of the hills. The tastefully coloured furniture creates a strong, decisive identity.
In the garden that surrounds the farmhouse you'll find outdoor swimming pool with two communicating basins: main pool 12X6 m large, depth 1,4 m and children’s pool 4X4 m large, depth 0,4 m. The pool is surrounded by a large solarium with sun beds and umbrellas, and amazing, breathtaking landscapes. There is also a play area for children bocce for the grown-ups, tables for a picnic and the barbecue.
The agriturismo serves traditional Marche cuisine, and is passionate about using high quality, seasonal ingredients. A range of delicious, healthy dishes is available, prepared using the farm’s own produce and other high quality local ingredients.
