Dinner or Lunch avaible on demand euro 20,00 for each person.
Daily cleaning of bedroom on demand euro 12,00 for each hour.
For any reservation an advanced deposit for the stay is required. The amount equals 30% of the entire costs.
During the months of July and August as well as between the 23rd of December and the 6th of January there are no fines foreseen if you cancel your reservation 10 days before the arrival. After that 30% of the entire amount of the stay will be levied. During the rest of the Year cancellations without fines are available up to 6 days before the arrival. After that 30% of the entire amount of the stay will be levied.
If you leave earlier than agreed, guests are required to pay the full amount of the reserved stay.
