The agriturismo

Ca' Princivalle is a charming restored mid-18th-century farmhouse, excellently connected to the beaches of Pesaro (6 km away) and the city center (3 km away).

The apartments are tastefully furnished with antiques and have a living room with kitchenette, bedrooms, bathroom, furnished terraces or outdoor space for ground-floor accommodations.

The 8-hectare farm is nestled in hills verdant with centuries-old olive trees and bordered by woods and fields.

At Ca' Princivalle you will also find quiet and relaxation in the outdoor swimming pool (11 x 5 m) with heated sun shower, umbrellas and deck chairs, and a pergola with outdoor furniture.

 

The accommodation

The agriturismo has 3 apartments: one on the ground floor with a glass door on both sides of the house and patio with tables and chairs, the other two on the first floor, each one with a large terrace (20 and 25 m²) with tables and chairs, overlooking the olive grove. Access via a short, convenient staircase with handrail. Ceilings with exposed beams and genuine antique furnishings.

Activities and surrounding

The large garden has barbecue areas, reading corners with tables and chairs, children’s play areas (slide and playhouse, mini football pitch, volleyball net, tennis and badminton, ping pong table), fruit trees and vegetable gardens for picking fruit and vegetables.

Nearby, there are hiking trails and handy transport links to the beaches, theme parks, ancient villages and natural areas in the province and beyond (Rimini, Fano, Urbino, Cagli, Acqualagna, the Furlo Gorge and the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park).
