The agriturismo
The renovated villa, with its wooden beams and antique furniture, is nestled in beautiful landscape. This light and airy, spacious property offers comfortable accommodation for groups and larger families. A large garden surrounds the swimming pool, nestled amidst the farm’s vines.
The accommodation
Spread over two levels, the farmhouse can accommodate 11 guests (plus 2 additional beds and 2 cots): the ground floor comprises a lounge with open fire, billiards room, dining room with wood burning stove, kitchen with dining table, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a washing machine) and one bedroom with 3 single beds. On the upper floor there are 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which with ensuite bathrooms (one with a bath and the other with a shower), plus an additional bathroom.
Outside you’ll find a large garden with breathtaking views, equipped with a wood burning oven and a barbecue, a gazebo with tables and chairs for dining outdoors, sofas, armchairs, sunbeds and umbrellas. The swimming pool is enclosed to make it safe for families with children.
Activities and surrounding
The farmhouse is located in Fratte Rosa, in the Marche region, known for its artisan terracotta production, as well as its broad beans and its wine cellars, where you can enjoy tasting and explore the vineyards. In the town centre you’ll find a range of shops and facilities. The agriturismo enjoys easy access to the beaches of Marotta and Fano, as well as historic hamlets (Fossombrone, San Lorenzo in Campo, Mondavio, Montalfoglio, Pergola, Torre San Marco, Orciano) and cities of art (Urbino, Pesaro, and more). The region is also home to beautiful natural attractions, just waiting to be explored, from the Furlo Pass in Acqualagna, to the Frasassi Caves. For those looking for nightlife, Riccione, Rimini and Cattolica are all just a drive away.

We stayed in this farmhouse for one night only, but it was worth it. The house is very nice, clean and well maintained with all the amenities. The pool made the stay even more relaxing, we could enjoy the landscape that offers the landscape comfortably lying on the pool loungers....
