The agriturismo
San Lorenzo in Torre is a farmhouse located in a panoramic position on the slopes of the hills between the municipalities of Piobbico and Urbania, at an altitude of m. 518 above sea level, with views that sweep over the valley of Candigliano and the massif of Monte Nerone. The building is located on the edge of a large wooded area protected by landscape and is in turn surrounded by greenery characterized by essences such as turkey oaks, walnuts, elms, acacias.
The accommodation
These are 3 independent farmhouses located in a building, former farmhouse, part of a building complex dating from the late nineteenth century. Also includes a church with adjacent rectory. One of the three accommodations and its toilet is accessible to disabled people. All accommodations are equipped with heating system with fan coils and LPG boiler and solar thermal system, as well as being equipped with a wood stove (Maple and Walnut Lodging) or fireplace (Alianto Lodging), with wood provided free of charge.
The kitchens are equipped with fridge-freezer and induction hobs and are fully equipped with crockery, coffee makers, tea towels and various cleaning equipment. Guests have access to a barbecue made in the common uncovered.
All bathrooms are very spacious, with shower and 2 washbasins, and equipped with linen, hair dryer and a complimentary toiletries set for personal hygiene.
Each apartment is equipped with satellite television and free Wi-Fi.
**Services provided:**
Fully furnished apartment with provision of crockery and linen, including consumption of water, electricity, gas for heating, wood for stoves and fireplace, final cleaning, weekly change of linen, free Wi-Fi. Extra change of linen euro 5,00 per person.
