Surrounded by ancient castles, small hillside villages among vineyards and woods, Cà San Sebastiano is located in Monferrato, a land of farming traditions and centuries-old history.


The structure was derived from the careful restoration of some brick and tuff farmhouses, with clay tile roofs, but has taken on an almost Provençal style over time, with the addition of details and objects "scouted" in various Italian and French markets.

The accommodation

Cà San Sebastiano is a charming property in the green hills of Piedmont, with a spa and restaurant.

Here guests can combine simple country living with exclusive comforts such as a delightful spa specializing in couple's treatments: wine therapy, hay, herbal or salt baths.

The property offers rooms and apartments, all equipped with free WiFi, satellite TV and a DVD player. The apartments also include a living/dining room with kitchenette.

At Ca' San Sebastiano everything is simple and immersed in an atmosphere of yesteryear. Guests can enjoy traditional Piedmontese dishes served in special though different settings: the elegant "Music Room" with tufa walls, candelabras, lanterns and a large stone fireplace, or in the panoramic and bright terrace or even in theOsteria, theold cellar with arched vaults, also used to welcome guests in the morning with a breakfast full of homemade cakes and jams .
