The holiday farm is made up of two characteristic stone mountain chalet, restored in 2015 using as much natural and biocompatible materials as possible. The houses are immersed in a beautiful forest filled with chestnut, beech and birch trees, with a beautiful view of the Cervo Valley. The mountain chalet can be reached by taking the 700-meter gravel path, continuing on the path that arrives directly to the ?Oasi Zegna?, and with the possibility of taking the numerous paths available in the territory by foot or mountain bike. Our farm produces excellent honey, available in our small farm shop along with seasonal products such as chestnuts, fresh mushrooms, fruits and handicrafts made by us. Il Castagno Mountain Chalet.The house is located directly on a beautiful trail for biking and walking, with direct access to the ?Oasi Zegna?, and is surrounded by beautiful woodland with a chance to see deer, foxes, and birds of prey. The house is reached by a gravel road, with restricted access through an electrical barrier, guarantee of tranquillity. Eco-friendly materials such as cork, lime, natural varnishes, as well as wood, all in essence of chestnut and local stone were used during the restoration. In the bathroom, the sanitary ware and the shower tray have ceramics with the new anti-bacterial treatment with silver ions; the kitchen is equipped with induction stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge. There is a two-place sofa bed, 32 inch satellite LED TV and a pellet fireplace in the living room. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds. The price includes bathroom and bedroom linens. The house is heated with a modern floor system and, during the summer, sanitary water is produced with a water heater in the heat pump. I Faggi mountain chalet.This is a two-story house. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen/living room with 2-place sofa bed, a closet with washing machine and a bathroom with an 80x100-shower tray. The first floor has a wood (cherry and chestnut) loft with a double bed. The price includes bathroom and bedroom linens. The heating of the ground floor is through a floor heating system, but the wood-burning stove (Jotul) can be used if you prefer the company of a fire. In the bathroom, the sanitary ware and the shower tray have ceramics with the new anti-bacterial treatment with silver ions, for maximum hygiene. A 100-litre boiler in the heat pump produces the sanitary water. For the construction of the house, the most environmentally friendly materials were used: stone, wood, cork, lime and non-cement for plaster, natural paints and anti-parasite boron salts for wood. The house is totally independent. We live at 100 metres from the house and are always available to offer you information. The house is found on a gravel road used by mountain bike enthusiasts, with limited access thanks to an electric gate, a guarantee of tranquillity, and with the possibility to quickly reach, when there is no snow, the Bielmonte ski resort and to walk the many trails of the ?Oasi Zegna?.
