You see, there are plenty of towels and toilet paper and you don't need to ask for them all the time: we even provide the laundry room where we keep an endless supply of toilet paper, so that guests can take it without feeling embarrassed to ask for it: but maybe some steps and the hospitality we have here wasn't congenial, because you preferred to clog the toilet with paper handkerchiefs and at 4 a.m. an intervention was necessary: good thing we don't have the keys, otherwise it would have been more difficult to intervene!
The part that I understand the least is the lack of attention for the guest: we pamper everyone and try to make everyone feel at home (okay, your house is definitely cleaner ...), but it should be clarified that we are not a big hotel with room service and conciergerie ... and then I do not know if in every structure where you go find the manager willing to go to get pizzas (free) at the pizzeria that does not do home service: it is not significant of the attention we give to guests?
