The agriturismo

Su Cappeddu was founded in 2000 thanks to a passion for agriculture and a long family tradition in fruit cultivation.

Ten hectares, including peach and olive groves, at the foot of the Gutturu Mannu oasis and a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of the southeast coast.

The only farm in southern Sardinia with an archaeological site within it.

The property is located 30 km from Cagliari.

The accommodation

The farmhouse has five double bedrooms facing northeast, overlooking and facing the garden area. Each has a private bathroom with the possibility of an additional third bed. Furnished in relaxing shades of sage green, yellow ochre and taupe, the rooms are characterized in particular by the characteristic roof built dry, with wooden beams and exposed terracotta tiles, in observance of green building principles.

Two rooms are also accessible to the disabled.

Furnishings feature a large double bed, two bedside tables, a desk and a spacious closet.

To best meet the needs of guests, the rooms have been equipped with all the most requested amenities: TV, wifi, mini fridge, air conditioning, linen drying rack, free parking.

Activities and surrounding

The experiences organized by the farm are authentic, sensory and immersive, designed to give guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in daily farm activities, taste the farm's produce and learn about local history.

Here it is possible to experience a vacation between the sea and the mountains through unseen routes within walking distance of the farm: on foot, by bike or by car.

History and archaeology distinguish the territory around the farm: small rural centers, historical-religious artifacts and important archaeological sites.

Pe the more adventurous guests, from Su Cappeddu it is possible to choose between different types of destinations at different distances (5-10-25 km): a walk in the countryside of "Genniauri " at the foot of the mountain between Sarroch and Villa S.Pietro (CA) or trekking routes in the mountains.

we are sorry that we did not live up to your expectations, we tried to give you maximum availability to your every request.
1: we waited until 11 pm(without any notice) for you to arrive at the facility despite the fact that your flight had landed in Cagliari in the morning.
2: we gifted you the bottles of water in the mini bar
3: We fulfilled all your requests during breakfast (cappuccino with soy milk and fresh orange juice) as well as having the following products mostly from our farm :
peach and ace juice, milk, hot tea, yogurt of various flavors, nutella , honey, extra virgin olive oil , meringues ,fluffy cakes, shortbread cookies, traditional Sardinian sweets, freshly baked bread, hard-boiled eggs, salami , pecorino cheese and fruit basket.
There was no request for scrambled eggs, which we could easily have done.
4 : the excursions mentioned on the site can be done independently, we make ourselves available for any questions and advice for how to do the routes that unfortunately we were not asked.
5: for customers staying at the facility we always reserve a table in our restaurant,( in this case easter lunch and easter lunch) no form of reservation was received in this regard despite communicated.
