The accommodation
The Nuragh'Elighe farmhouse is located in the southern part of the Campeda plateau, in central-western Sardinia, in a site of naturalistic community interest. The scenario is that of large spaces. The varied landscape, made of large pastures, is interrupted by the intense green of the cork trees shaped by the wind. Election area for free-range animal husbandry, in particular that of sheep. Of exceptional quality its cheeses, of which the company Salis, pioneer of biological zootechny in Sardinia, is a producer. Of the long adventure of the passage of man in this area, numerous and significant signs remain, from the Nuraghic period (among many the "Elighe" nuraghe) and from the Roman era ("Ponte Oinu", a three-arch bridge over the Rio Mannu ), both sites within the farm.
