The menus can be considered as paths, where the ancient flavors of the Sardinian tradition are rediscovered; starting with a series of typical appetizers based on vegetables, cheeses and salami, to follow the inevitable culurges and malloreddus, the inevitable roast suckling pig, the side dishes, the pecorino cheese, the fruit and in conclusion the typical sweets accompanied by the various digestives of the house including the splendid Mirto. Everything is accompanied by the excellent Cannonau. For guests staying in the hotel for several days, a different menu is offered every day.
