COVID FREE FARMHOUSE - sanitized Corona Virus

In order to always offer a qualified service and to guarantee our guests, all rooms and areas are sanitized at every change of room before the arrival of the new guest for about 2 hours, using a sanitization system in accordance with national and regional Sardinian protocols.

The well-being of our guests has always been our main objective. At a time when we all need to find certainty and serenity we wanted to put in place every possible action to make you enjoy a relaxing stay in nature and on our island.
We are proud to offer the new e-bike rental service, so that our guests can immerse themselves in nature and enjoy the Gallura landscapes.

During the previous seasons, no cases of Covid positivity occurred among guests. However,in order to always offer and guarantee a quality service to guests, all rooms andcommon areaswill be sanitized beforereopening. This activity will be repeated throughout the 2021 opening period. At each room change before the arrival of the new guest, the accommodations are sanitized for about two hours, using a sanitization system in accordance with national and regional Sardinian protocols. The products offered are mostly of company production; any other external products will be purchased from companies that guarantee "Covid Free" safety standards.

- Automated registration systems (online check-in);
- Disposable masks or gloves are available to guests who request them: disposable masks or gloves and surface disinfectant (for a fee);
- Cleaners are provided with personal protective equipment (disposable gloves, mask, cap and footwear suitable to be sanitized) as needed; - The
manager and employees are adequately informed and trained with respect to the behavior to be kept and the measures to be taken in case a person present within the farm presents fever and symptoms of respiratory infection

ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS

- The respect of the interpersonal distance and other measures and provisions issued by the authorities is facilitated by information signs and / or delimitation of spaces;
- Available to guests one or more stations with disinfectant gel for hands
; - In common areas, floors, furniture and all elements that come into repeated contact with guests (handles, push buttons, etc.) are cleaned and sanitized at least twice a day; -
Lodgings and their keys are sanitized and cleaned before welcoming a new guest

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

- Tables are positioned so that guests are at least one metre apart, except for families or people sharing the same accommodation;
- Tablecloths are replaced at every change of guest;
- Food is served with table service;
- All plates, cutlery and glasses are washed and disinfected in the dishwasher, including unused ones, if there is a possibility that they have been touched by guests or staff

Il Vecchio Ginepro (The Old Juniper) takes its name from a secular juniper in front of the structure, which is located in an estate of 29 hectares. The surrounding park is full of junipers and secular olive trees that guarantee a pleasant coolness even in the hottest days.
The production of the orchard is packaged in delicate jams served with homemade butter. At breakfast you can taste fresh milk, typical biscuits, tarts and cakes just out of the oven.

The farmhouse has six apartments and two double bedrooms, each of which enjoys its own independence in order to ensure guests the utmost peace and privacy.

- Il Ginepro opens on the main facade of the structure, overlooking the nearby town of Arzachena. Very large and bright, in the only bedroom has 4 windows that overlook three sides of the surrounding park. The dominant shade is aqua green, which creates a contrast with the colors of the furniture and the ceiling built with ancient juniper trunks.
- Separated from the main house, with its own entrance, Gli Olivi takes its name from three centuries-old olive trees that extend their branches towards the windows of the room. The orange hue makes the environment particularly warm and welcoming. The suite is complete with a small kitchen, ideal for longer stays.

- The Fillirea apartment is located in the new wing overlooking the original section. Its large veranda opens onto the garden allowing you to enjoy nature as an integral part of the apartment. The name of the apartment comes from the fillirea tree that stands in front of the veranda.

- The double room Il Mirto is communicating with the Fillirea, offering the possibility of creating an apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. Depending on the requests, the double bed can be separated to create two twin beds. This room also opens onto the veranda and offers the possibility to relax in the open air. The name comes from the myrtle tree that grows in the front garden.

- The Olivastro apartment , also in the new wing, is accessed from the garden and also has a large terrace as a living area. The centenarian olive trees that can be admired in the surrounding garden give it its name.

- Emma completes the apartments of the new wing, its garden is full of secular plants that guarantee coolness and natural shade even on the hottest days.

The apartments Fillirea, Olivastro and Emma have common characteristics: the very large double bedroom has a double bed and two comfortable armchair beds that can be easily transformed into two single beds that have nothing to envy to traditional beds. Flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning complete the Sardinian furniture of the room. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate 4 people in winter days can dine inside instead of on the veranda. Appreciable shower 90x90 in a large bathroom.

The new e-bike renting service allows our guests to immerse themselves in nature and appreciate the uniqueness of the Gallura landscapes up close.

The location of the stazzo allows the view to sweep over the surrounding area offering a complete panorama of the nearby town of Arzachena .
The farmhouse has several animals thanks to
the large surrounding pasture and the cows are raised in the wild, respecting the centuries-old tradition of breeding in Gallura. Lush and imposing olive, oak and juniper trees, together with the characteristic Mediterranean scrub, thrive around the farmhouse.
Inside the park guests can take wonderful walks to admire the landscape and the typical granite'tafoni' .
In the immediate vicinity of the structure you can visit archaeological sites (The Giants' Tombs, the nuraghi of Malchittu and Pisciona, etc.), the mineralogical museum of Arzachena. It is also possible to go on guided boat tours to the Archipelago Park of La Maddalena; horse riding, windsurfing , go-karting, clay pigeon shooting, tennis and five-a-side football
. At 15 km the Costa Smeralda
offers one of the most beautiful seas in the world, social life, shopping and entertainment.
