During the booking phase ( you booked overnight and breakfast), we told you that we were opening for dinners based on requests. This season for Sardinia, as reported by all the media, is disastrous, as you yourself wrote in those days there was only you and your husband accommodated. Every day with arrogance you demanded that we open the kitchen for you and your husband, demanding dinner with Mailaetto for two people; To no avail were our explanations, I proposed to please you a reduced dinner with our salumi, sott' oli and cheeses, but you continued to demand the maialetto that cannot even be cooked for two people.
As for the room, ( it was 44 degrees at that time in ORISTANO) with her husband you kept saying that the air conditioner was not working, which was not true as you had kicked the wrong buttons sending it on tilt. Instead of waiting you demanded that I turn on the air conditioner in another room for hours to see the temperature difference.
