The property guarantees the highest levels of comfort and is located within a ten-hectarefarm, surrounded by mountains, vineyards, horse paddocks and gardens, in peaceful countryside, near some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Mushrooms, seasonal vegetables and fruits, herbs and Sardinian varieties of red and white wine are grown and vinified and bottled by a prestigious winery here in Sardinia.

The exclusive lodges have been built using environmentally friendly construction techniques and feature an exclusive independent garden and private swimming pool. During the colder months, it is stemmed/heated reaching temperatures that can range from 20-34°, depending on the weather conditions outside, where you can relax and reconnect with nature. Surrounded only by beautiful gardens, one can enjoy a private spa. The pools, in keeping with Is Cheas' sustainable philosophy, are powered and heated by solar energy. The culinary proposal combines local, fresh and tasty food with high quality Sardinian DOC and IGT wines produced by the farm. Several varieties of certified Sardinian grapes are grown at Is Cheas: Vermentino, Cannonau, Monica, Sardinian Bovale and Carignano, which are then vinified by a prestigious island winery.

Talented young chefs transform farm and local raw materials into a fine tasting menu for guests' dinner each day. The Is Cheas restaurant offers a five-course dinner menu while the Cottage Pool bar is open daily for lunch.

In addition to private pools, guests also have a pool nestled among the gardens with a private lounging area with deck chairs and shaded areas, and served all day and evening by the Cottage Pool Bar.
