The accommodation
The Locanda dei Fiori is included in the Palumbo family farm. The property is cultivated with orchards (pears, apricots, plums), citrus groves (oranges and lemons of different varieties with production in all seasons), olive groves, almond grove, noceto. Part of the fields is destined for the cultivation of the vegetable garden. The farm offers guests the products of their own production and cultivation such as olives, fresh fruit and dried fruit, seasonal vegetables, wine, oil, jams and preserves, together with Sicilian cheeses and salamis, meats from selected farms, bread, pasta and local sweets. The cuisine of the Locanda dei Fiori draws on the traditional culinary heritage of the island and, in particular, of the Sicilian hinterland. The ancient flavors of rural culture revive, reinterpreted with inspiration and enthusiasm by young chefs, and enhance the genuineness of the products grown directly in the company. Even breakfast is enriched with jams and sweets.
