The Farmhouse Il Casale delle Rose, a farm of Teresa Viola is a company that obtained in 1996 the certificate of Organic Agriculture, rooted in the territory of Caltagirone (CT). We have specialized over decades in the cultivation of full-field vegetables. For about a decade we have rediscovered the ancient Sicilian grains of the most famous varieties such as Margherito, Timilia, Scorsonera and Regina, and legumes also Slow Food presidium such as black lentil and black chickpea. Since the birth of the farm we also grow two varieties of grapes (Syrah and Nerello Cappuccio) from which we derive a unique bland "Don Michelangelo". The passion for total quality without compromise, respect for the environment and attention to detail, make us a dynamic reality.

The Farmhouse Il Casale delle Rose, a farm of Teresa Viola is a company that obtained in 1996 the certificate of Organic Agriculture, rooted in the territory of Caltagirone (CT) on an area of ??about 20 hectares. We have specialized over the decades in the cultivation of full-field vegetables such as artichokes, peppers, aubergines, tomatoes, courgettes and pumpkins. For about a decade we have rediscovered the ancient Sicilian grains of the most famous varieties such as Margherito, Timilia, Scorsonera and Regina, and legumes also Slow Food presidium such as black lentil and black cece. Since the birth of the farm we also grow two varieties of grapes (Syrah and Nerello Cappuccio) from which we obtain a unique brand, distributed in different countries of the world such as Canada, Belgium, Vietnam ... which shows the name on the label of the founder "Don Michelangelo". The passion for total quality and uncompromising, respect for the environment and attention to detail, make us a dynamic reality and attentive to the changing needs of the modern consumer.
