Dear guest,
your comment, as well as causing regret for not having met your expectations, has given us some reasonable doubts, whose answers we will list in order:
1) we never serve lunch, we prepare something for those who arrive in the company fasting at a late hour, even without a reservation, although the kitchen is closed.... we usually offer a board of local cheeses accompanied by our olives, a salad from our garden and some fruit, none of this is offered at dinner with an increased price; the proposal of the dinner is clearly different in terms of quantity and offer of the courses.
2) we confirm that the inhabitants of the hen house in the morning are released so that they can run around in the garden, in the beam, on the large lawn of the pool, everywhere. They are absolutely peaceful farmyard animals, do not bother 99% of our guests, indeed ... they are appreciated by everyone, adults and children and... we are sorry, but we do not intend to give up the bucolic aspect of Bannata, we have been following for decades some traditions of which we wish to bear witness;
3) as far as the lights in the garden and in the avenue are concerned, they remain on until midnight for walking. To use them after that time, just ask the staff.
Probably the farmhouse is not the most suitable place for your taste and your needs, however, it consoles us to know that we are appreciated by the vast majority of our guests and get excellent scores on cleanliness. We thank you, in any case, for providing us with several insights and we will strive to find in the future that "little to improve" that you have identified.
