The accommodation
Within a farm, in Castellana Sicula, in the Madonie Park, with organic crops, vegetables, olive groves, vineyards and orchards, there is the Agriturismo Gelso, (directly run by the farmer's family), made up of a building with 4 rooms with bathroom, heating, terrace, gazebo in wood and glass used as a common room with sofas and TV. In front of the building a playground for children, Solarium, and large areas shaded by large almond trees. In the Centennial Palmento entirely renovated and used for the production of wine, there is the restaurant hall. The Agriturismo Gelso has its strong point in the typical Mediterranean cuisine, cured directly by the owner who mainly uses the genuine products of the farm: vegetables, fruit, animals of low court, the excellent oil, wine and bread baked in a wood oven. The farm offers a cuisine of "everything home made", suitable for those who have a good appetite: from numerous appetizers to the first made strictly at home; from the tasty main courses to the fragrant vegetables of own production.
