C.da Pozzetti, snc, 90010 Lascari (Palermo)
The old feudal farmhouse, with its annexed farm cottages, large nineteenth-century olive press (once the main regional press) and scenic views, is located in Lascari, a small town away from the hustle and bustle, but rich in history, culture and tradition, well known for its citrus fruits, which release their extraordinary fragrance throughout the area.
Under a small portico, you’ll find a traditional bell featuring symbols of rural labour and the Eye of Providence, and there’s also a recreated chapel too.The original chapel, no longer present, was used by farm workers and churchgoers for prayers and to invoke the grace of good harvests.
The farm grows organic olives, vegetables and citrus fruits. The restaurant, also ideal for events, serves delicious typical cuisine.
The farmhouse is furnished in country chic style:wood, stone, wrought iron and ceramic blend to recreate a typical rural ambiance. The various guest rooms are well-appointed, with bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, TVs, hairdryers and internet connection. Some rooms also enjoy views of the countryside and the sea.Two spacious lounges with open wood fires, armchairs and board games offer the perfect place to relax. The breakfast room stands where the farm workers once brought the olives for pressing.
Outside, 2000 square metres of communal space houses the swimming pool and quiet green corners, scenic terraces and a children’s play area with swings and slides.Along with the restaurant, all spaces are available for weddings and ceremonies (max. 120 guests).
Within 10 km of the agriturismo, you’ll find the beaches and towns of Cefalù and Lascari.Castelbuono, a town located within the Madonie Park, is just as close by.The agriturismo works in collaboration with a nearby riding centre, offering horseback excursions to Etna, through the Nebrodi and Madonie parks.

We visited Le Campanelle again this year (13-17 September) after enjoying staying here so much last year. There is a touch of luxury and everywhere is spotlessly clean. The pool area is immaculately maintained. The room Tulipano is very large with a a small lounge area with great views over the hills and down to the coast. The food here is also of a very high standard and we ate at the restaurant every evening- sitting out on the lovely terrace.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and it is very handily situated for visits to Cefalu and Palermo. A visit to Castelbuono is also highly recommended.
Willy the dog is gorgeous!

We enjoyed the 12 days on Campanelle because the facilities, the staff, the kitchen the location are really very good. The approach is unfamiliar to the last 500m, as the municipality would have to extend the "road".
