We certainly accept any kind of criticism but we have difficulty in finding objective feedback on what is written in relation to food defined by supermarkets and other absurdities in the review. Many guests who stayed on the bridge of the dead and then had breakfast, lunch/dinner with you showed in reviews 2-3 days ago, even on Google Rewiev, that they were thrilled with our food (Giuseppe C.. "TO LEAVE THE HANDS", Massimo C. "BEAUTIFUL ROOMS, EXCELLENT FOOD..., etc.). For correctness of information, more than 90% of the products administered are handmade products of our production: Appetizers (ricotta, cheese, cold cuts, chased, vegetable fritters, caponata, etc..); First courses (ravioli, cavateddi, etc..); Second courses based on meat from our farms or neighboring companies; Side dishes made with vegetables produced by us; many types of cakes and baked goods (including bread made in the wood oven), even those for breakfast (tarts, biscuits, donuts. etc..) prepared by hand, many types of jams and fruit juices of our production served at breakfast (all fresh, not frozen!).
With regard to the possibility of choosing courses, being a farm, we offer dishes of our production that vary every day at lunch and dinner, if any guest for intolerance or personal tastes requires an alternative course, we always try to please him as much as possible.
