Two family coats-of-arms stand over the main entrance that opens onto the large inner courtyard. This is where you will find the 3 spacious dining-rooms where you can savor typical dishes made with farm-grown produce and prized white and red wines. Renovation of the farmhouse has produced 3 apartments on the ground floor (one of which is barrier free) ? each with bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchenette ? plus 2 rooms on the 1st floor with double bed + 1 single bed. All units have private bath with shower, TV and air conditioning.
The accommodation
This farm with renovated 19th century farmhouse is set in the hills in the hinterlands of Castellammare del Golfo near the splendid archaeological park of Segesta amid the small lakes, vineyards, vegetable gardens and orchards.

Just 2 km from the highway, the facility is set in a strategic position for visiting the beautiful sites throughout western Sicily, from Scopello Sea to the Zingaro nature reserve, Trapani and Erice, Palermo 75 km away, Sanvito lo Capo and Selinunte, Marsala and Mozzia with the Florio wine cellars and windmills. In the immediate vicinity we find hot springs and the Scorace and Calatafimi woodland nature reserve.
The farm organizes cooking courses in preparation of the typical local dishes and you can participate in the harvesting of fruits and vegetables. Sports lovers can: take QUAD or mountain bike excursions, traveling the various nature paths within the area, go bird-watching on Monte Inici to spot Bonelli's Eagles, paragliding or hand-gliding.
