In our restaurant we offer bread prepared every morning by our chef,
Our antipasti Rustici with Delizie di stress: eggplant caponata, panelle, sheep's cheese, tripe, snails, seasoned olives, meatballs with tomato sauce, arancinette ..........
Our fresh pasta: Busiate with pesto Trapanese, Tagliatelle with cherry tomatoes, almonds, basil and aubergines, Macaroni alla Norma, Tagliolini with Boscaiola .......
Grilled meat: local lamb, veal steaks, sausage with finochietto, pork belly with herbs, very tender pork shank,
Side dishes of our garden: mixed salads, Sicilian salad with red tomatoes, onion, olives and oregano, grilled vegetables ......

Please to meet you, my name is GIUSEPPE PIZZITOLA and I am 47 years old.
I have been managing Baglio Pocoroba Segesta since 2004 with my partner.
As well as we cook for the guests, we welcome the guests, we take care of the crops.
It was a desire to to live in nature which led me to run an agriturismo.
Our guests especially like its closeness to artistic/cultural points of interest.
