Check-in at 3 p.m. (Sundays at 6 p.m.) - Check-out no later than 09.30 a.m.
For short stays of less than 4 nights will be applied an extra charge of 50 or 70 €.
Children up to 14 years (13,99 years) pay 12 € as additional person.
Local tax (from 14 years) is 0,85 € and will be charged separately on departure.
Breakfast: breakfast basket 12 €/adult, children's breakfast 9 €/child up to 14 year.
We kindly ask your understanding for the fact that we do not accept credit cards or EC cards. We will send you our bank information via e-mail.
Booking and cancellation conditions (referred to Article 1382 of the Civil Code)
Booking confirmation as soon as the earnest money (caparra 300 €) is transferred. The remaining amount can be paid during your stay (in cash amounts up to 1.999 € - from 2022 999 €). At the moment no possibility for payment with card.
Cancellation conditions:
- cancellations up to 3 months before your vacation are free
- in case you cancel your stay less than 3 months before your vacation, the prepayment amount will be kept, and the sum will be credited to you for a new reservation made within a year
- in case you cancel your stay less than 30 days before your vacation, 40% of the booking price will be charged
- in case you cancel your stay less than 10 days before your vacation, 80% of the booking price will be charged
- in case of non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged
