Prices also include: fully equipped kitchen, safe and all taxes and duties, with the exception of tourist tax.
The amount of the tourist tax is calculated by the municipality and may vary from year to year; for 2020 it amounts to 1,75 euro per person per night, from 14 years of age.
Check-in from 11 am (in case of delay, please advise).
Check-out before 10 am (different times possible on request).
Pets are not allowed.
Children:
- up to 2 years stay free of charge.
- up to the age of 10 pay only 10% if they stay in their parents' room.
- facilities for small children are available free of charge on request.
Reservations and cancellations
The reservation is confirmed by sending a deposit of 100,00 euro per week. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. The balance must be paid on site by cash, non-transferable check, bank transfer.
No later than 4 weeks before the arrival date the reservation can be cancelled without payment of a penalty. Only the deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation by the customer within ten days from the day of arrival and the day of arrival, the customer is required to pay a cancellation fee: cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival day: 50% of the agreed total price - cancellation within 7 days of the arrival day: 80% of the agreed total price.In case of non-arrival ("no show") or early departure, the guest is required to pay the full amount of the reservation.
