Three modern apartments made from a historic barn and furnished with traditional old wood , tastings, cooking classes, visits to the farm, swimming pool... for a holiday of silence andenergy !
The farm is located in Postal, a small village in the south of Merano, nestled in the fertile South Tyrolean Etsch Valley at the foot of the Tschögglberg plateau, between apple orchards and nature reserves.
The accommodation
The old barn has been carefully restored in order to preserve its original appearance. Only natural materials were used: wood, stone and metal.
The apartments are named after the mountains that can be seen from the balcony.
All are on two floors: large terrace, kitchen-living room and bathroom downstairs, bedrooms upstairs.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine with organic coffee beans from the South Tyrolean Caroma roaster, induction cooker, dish towels, detergent and sponge.
Children's equipment is available and can be requested free of charge (high chair, cot, travel cot/crib, bath stool, pram). Sheets and towels are included in the price and can be changed on request.
In front of the apartments there is a large covered dining table, which can be used by all guests, and in the garden there is another large covered terrace with a cozy lounge near the pool.
Apartment Mut: two double rooms (one double bed can be converted into two single beds) and private sauna.
Apartment Laugen: double bedroom plus 160cm loft bed on the upper floor, sofa bed on the lower floor. In front of the loft bed there is a living room net in the floor to relax in a slightly different way!
Apartment Gantkofel: double room, triple room and WC; large private terrace, table for 8 people and barbecue accessible from the kitchen-living room: ideal for two families!
At guests' disposal also the corner of the farm products (spreads, fruit juices, syrups, tea, mustard, pickled tomatoes, pestos, dried fruit, quail eggs) and the library with numerous hiking guides, novels, detective stories, children's books and board games.
