The agriturismo
Located in Val Pusteria, on the edge of Tesido, at an altitude of 1,212 m, the family run holiday farm for three generations, offers carefree and relaxing holidays in a beautiful sunny landscape and away from heavy traffic.
The farm is romantic and quiet: here you can enjoy the mountain atmosphere and taste the delicious agricultural products. On request, chopping board of speck and farmer's breakfast.
The accommodation
The farm has been furnished with 5 apartments: one small for couples and singles, the other spacious with more than one bedroom for large families or groups. The large kitchen on the first floor can be used in common as a living room with TV and dining area, with an extra you can use washing machine and dryer.
In low and medium season, on request you can enjoy, in the typical "Stube", a tasty country breakfast prepared with products of its own production: eggs, fresh milk, jams, syrups, yogurt, bacon, fresh vegetables ...
Children's playground with toys and table tennis, culinary evenings with speck on the cutting board (on request), free rental of mountain bikes, toboggans and bobs for children, gas grill rental, library on site.
Activities and surrounding
This farm is a convenient starting point for sportsmen who will appreciate short walks through meadows and forests, pleasant hikes on picturesque mountain pastures, the barefoot Kneipp experience in crystal clear mountain water, the challenging climbs to the mountains of Tesido and Val Casies, mountain bike tours on the bike paths in the immediate vicinity.
In the large garden of the farm, children can run and play free or feed the cows in the barn: at their disposal there are swings, slide, sand in the playground; on the sunny ski resort Guggenberg in the center of Tesido, they can also learn to ski.
For relaxation, in addition to the large lawn, a beautiful shaded terrace or tasty grills with various delicacies prepared by Martina with fresh herbs from the garden.
Within walking distance, you will find the bank, a small grocery store for daily shopping, the bus stop to Monguelfo-Alta Pusteria and Val Casies, to the Monguelfo train station and to the Ski Pustertal Express connection. Directly from Monguelfo you can have quick and easy access to the slopes of your choice: to the right for Plan de Corones, to the left for Monte Elmo/Dolomiti di Sesto.

Hi, I am Martina and I am 33 years old.
In this photo I am with my family, Egon, Karin, Nonno Peter, figlia Lea
I have been managing Marenklhof since 2012 with my husband.
As well as we are responsible for communication, we take care of the crops, we rear the animals.
It was a desire to to keep the family business alive which led me to run an agriturismo.
Our guests especially like the warm family welcome.
