The agriturismo

A farm in Lana di Sotto, near Merano, on the pathway which runs along the Brandis canal, mainly producing eating apples, in line with the integrated farming philosophy.

With the farm’s plums, quinces and pears, jams and juices are prepared to enrich the breakfast served each morning in the dining room or on the terrace alongside other homemade and regional produce.

Near the traditional farmhouse, you’ll find 3 guest apartments, renovated in 2016, built from wood, to create comfortable, natural, energy-saving accommodation.

The accommodation

At the entrance to the farm, you’ll find the original farmhouse, home to Farmer Heinrich's parents. The family live in this typical “baita”, renovated in 1990. Nearby, at the quietest point of the farm, you'll find the guest apartments.

Markus and Stefan, skilled professionals, were responsible for the renovation of the house and furnishings, making everything completely in wood, from the heated floor to the furniture and ornaments.

Each apartment features a cosy, well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower and bath. You'll also find a sofa and LED lighting.

Each apartment also boasts its own terrace with small garden, or a balcony, the ideal spot to enjoy a hearty breakfast or a glass of wine.
