In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
Early departures: for early departures or unoccupied beds will be charged the full amount of the reservation made.
Breakfast: Buffet breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 9:30 am.
Smoking is prohibited in the common rooms, rooms and bathrooms of the farmhouse.
Animals: small/medium size animals are allowed, except in the restaurant room, accompanied by insurance and with a daily supplement of € 5.00.

Children from 0 to 3 years old in extra bed: € 5.00 per day.
