The agriturismo
The Leopoldine-style farmhouse of the early 1800s is located in the heart of Tuscany, set in a dominant position in the Casentino valley, just a few steps from Arezzo, Siena and Florence.
A territory rich in history, art, churches and castles, is also a few kilometers from the mystical quiet of the hermitages of Camaldoli and Verna.
In the warm season, guests can cool off in the pool: in a panoramic position and dedicated exclusively to them, is 12 meters by 6 with a maximum height of 1.5 meters.
They will also have a garden with stone barbecue and gazebo.
The accommodation
The agriturismo Contea is located in the heart of Tuscany, set in a dominant position on the valley of Casentino, a few steps from Arezzo, Siena and Florence. At guests' disposal the swimming pool in panoramic position and the garden with barbecue.
The original structure of the 800 was completely renovated and adapted to modern needs, without losing anything of the Tuscan spontaneity and rural tradition.
The house has been divided into two apartments: both overlook a splendid panoramic loggia with arches.

It consists of a large living room with a Renaissance fireplace, a kitchen, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a third bedroom with a Parisian bed in the tower. Satellite TV included.
Gli ARCHI (2 +2 beds)
It consists of entrance hall, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom. Satellite TV included.
On the ground floor there is a large common room with kitchen and fireplace where guests can spend relaxing moments tasting typical products of the area.
