The agriturismo
Set at the foot of Lucignano (Arezzo), in the heart of Tuscany, the farmhouse with swimming pool offers relaxing vacations just a few kilometers from Arezzo, Siena, Florence and Umbria.
The farmhouse is family-run and takes its name from the heart of the walnut tree, whose tree stands out at the entrance to the farm and is coeval to the accommodation
The accommodation
The farmhouse has 4 apartments. Each apartment is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, utensils, linen for bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, safe. Also available to guests are a large living room used as a living room with fireplace, Wi-Fi (which also covers garden and pool), private parking.
The estate is recently built, but it is furnished entirely in Tuscan style, keeping intact the tradition of the place. The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden full of fruit trees, with a swimming pool in the center (for the exclusive use of guests from 1/05 to 30/09) and next to it a gazebo and a barbecue, so you can stay outdoors and admire the beautiful view of the rolling Tuscan hills.
