The agriturismo
The farmhouse offers hospitality in a villa of the late '700, between Florence and Arezzo, near the National Park of the Casentino Forests, with heated swimming pool in spring and early autumn.
Only 20 meters from the Villa will be available to guests a swimming pool 6 x 14, which will be heated, so that it can also be used in early autumn or mid-spring.
The accommodation
The agriturismo offers accommodation is offered in two different buildings at about 300 meters away from each other: the farmhouse and the Manor House, both dating back to 700.
The stone farmhouse, restored respecting its original features, is divided into two large apartments of 160 square meters each, one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor.
A few meters from the House there is a swimming pool (7 x 14 meters) equipped with Sun beds, deckchairs and umbrellas and overlooking the Valley and the castle of Poppi.
Around the House there is plenty of room to sit outdoors. A pergola near the House allows guests to stay outside in the shade and relax or to consume their meals outdoors.
Each apartment consists of a large and comfortable living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with two single beds or one double, two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower and equipped with independent heating autonomous so that we can allow relaxing even in cold seasons.
The apartments are comfortably furnished, with comfortable beds, sofas, armchairs, tv SAT, DVD player in the living room, dishwasher and washing machine.
The Manor House, built in the late 18th century, after a careful and detailed restoration, executed in accordance with the original characteristics of the building, offers a comfortable and very comfortable for those who want to spend holidays in Tuscan countryside. Guests were realized two apartments, connected to each other.
Both apartments are furnished very comfortable with antique furniture and finishings, in part and in part carried out by good Tuscan craftsmen.
The larger apartment has, on the ground floor a large living-dining room with a large fireplace, a large fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a storage room. Down a flight of stone stairs, leads to the first floor where there is a living room bright and very pleasant, with original painted walls restored, coffee table, tv SAT, DVD, and 5 rooms, 3 of which with private bathroom (one with bath and two with shower) and 2 with a shared bathroom, bigger and equipped with hydro-massage shower.
The smallest apartment, connected to the first floor with the biggest, has an independent entrance from the square in front of the villa. Upon entering, climbed 10 steps of the stone staircase leads to the living room with fireplace, communicating with the kitchen, and 2 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom.
Just 20 metres from Villa will be at guests ' disposal a swimming pool 6x14, which will be heated, so that they can be used even in the early fall or in mid spring.
