The welcoming simplicity of their lifestyle dates back to a bygone age.
The proprietors are always available to provide information about history of the family and site, restaurants, Italian fashion outlets, wineries and tourist attractions.
The estate consists of 5 apartments; the brick floors, the ceiling with chestnut beams and the inviting furnishings are in keeping with the Tuscan character.
The accommodation
Our Villa is a 16th century noble estate from the Medicis period and belongs to our family since the 17th century;
it is situated on a gentle hill in delightful position just a short distance from Arezzo.
Today, it has been restored into a beautiful agriturism surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, offering guesthouses divided in independent apartments that have been furnished elegantly and tastefully to offer maximum hospitality, charm and comfort, in the genuine Tuscan rural tradition.
In summer, the garden is available at the disposal of our guests to relax and enjoy these peaceful surroundings.

The town of Arezzo, located in the center of Toscana, is rich in history and has many tourist attractions.
This idyllic position will enable you to visit all the important historical and cultural centres in Tuscany and many other charming villages and hamlets.
Within walking distance there is little village with a bar/small groceries/pizzeria, pharmacy and other shops.
The motorway is just 10 minutes drive away and from the train station in Arezzo you can catch a train to Florence (45 mins.) and Rome (120 mins) and for Siena (1 hour by bus - 40 minuts by car), Assisi, Cortona and many other destinations.
Our family lives in the Villa and whilst respecting your privacy will be at your disposition if you should need any help.
For our guest, also the garden, barbeque, WI FI access, bicycles, a big living room with fireplace, fitness room, outdoor jacuzzi
and swimming pool.

Activities and surrounding
From the estate, it is approximately a 5 minute drive to Arezzo, 30 min drive to Cortona and San Sepolcro and about an hour to Florence, Pienza, Siena, Perugia and Assisi. More than 10 restaurants of various types are located within a 10 minutes drive.
The apartments are rented on weekly basis from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 pm and during the low and medium seasons, also daily with the minimum of 3 nights.
The normal check-in is before 10 pm; however it can be delayed by contacting the farmhouse.
Each apartment has its private table for the outside dining.
Guests have access to a swimming pool (8 x 4 meters) surrounding vineyards and forested hills.
Additional free facilities include covered parking, barbeque sets (firewood included), bicicles, Jacuzzi, tennis table, wireless ADSL.
Washing machine is available.
The woods of Casentino Valley make for great hiking and mountain bike trips. The Trasimeno Lake is perfect to sailing or fishing.
The renowned spa of Rapolano, with its pools and beauty treatments, are just 35 km away.
Horseback riding is 4 km away.
