Centuries old, Tenuta il Palazzo spent time as a house, tower, stopping place, convent and farm, before becoming the organic farm and agriturismo it is today. On the ancient Via del Sale, which linked Rome to Rimini, this age-old hamlet is ideally located for visiting Arezzo, Florence, Siena, Perugia, Cortona, the La Verna Sanctuary, the Camaldoli Hermitage and the Aretine Valleys, rich in history and events.

The late-medieval hamlet is made up of 4 buildings and a manor house, which is accessed via a long unsurfaced driveway flanked by ancient mulberry trees, nestled in wild gardens of silvery olive trees and precious DOCG Chianti vines.
At an altitude of 380 m, Il Palazzo is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet of the unspoilt Arezzo hills, but also offers easy access to the main Umbrian and Tuscan cities of art, just 70 km from Florence, 60 km from Siena and 30 km from Cortona.
