The accommodation
The farm, which extends over a 32-hectare property, enjoys a privileged panoramic position where the gaze extends over the ancient castles of the Casentino valley: Poppi, Romena, the fortress of Bibbiena and La Verna. The surrounding area, rich in history and culture, is the ideal base for daily excursions in the Chianti area and in the cities of Florence and Siena. The love for the landscape and for the local traditions have guided the owners, who have been dealing with environment and agriculture for over 8 generations, in the restoration of the 18th century farmhouse, and the agricultural annexes of the property. The rustic Tuscan materials, such as wood, stone and Florentine terracotta give life to a villa that combines modern comforts and the authentic taste of rural Tuscany. In total, the farm can accommodate up to 14 + 6 people. The swimming pool, 12x6 m in size, is heated thanks to an ecological biomass boiler and is furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs and parasols. The farm is a farm classified by the Tuscany Region with three ears, the maximum obtainable according to the law in force. The farm, ideal for a group and family vacation, lends itself to a holiday in complete privacy and at the same time, on request, can offer the services of a "private" hotel tailored to the needs of guests. Catering service (breakfast, dinner) on request. The staff organizes cooking classes and walks in the property wood adjacent to the villa in search of truffles. The Golf Course and the adjoining Restaurant border the Farm and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
