The agriturismo
The farmhouse extends in the Val di Chiana, at the center of a 50-hectare farm. The accommodation is a typical late-19th century farmhouse completely restored in its original style and furnished with original family furniture. The company produces oil, wine, durum wheat, maize and sunflowers, respecting the rigid security disciplines dictated by the EEC.
The accommodation
The farmhouse is located in the heart of Tuscany, near Cortona and Arezzo city. Our guests will stay in a typical Tuscan Villa which has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a dining room and two kitchens. The villa, recently renovated, is build in typical touscany stones and is surrounded by the Chiana valley: the whole villa as so well preserved his charm, to being recently chosen like ideal location for RAI mouvie "Per una notte d’amore". Externally the guests can use a large garden with baebecue, pine forest and rooftop pool. The property offers free Wi-Fi, mountain bike use, digital tour guide of the Chiana valley (navigable by Tablet and Smartphone) and, for those who rent the single rooms, is included a continental breakfast. Ideal location for travelers, friends or families with children.
