The agriturismo
The property is part of afarm that covers an area of 80 hectares in which 11 hectares of Chianti and I.G.T. vineyards, 2 hectares of olive groves and in the arable land legumes, cereals and vegetables are cultivated using organic farming methods.
The villa is rented exclusively to a single group, is completely independent and can accommodate up to 24 people.
Individual or group cooking classes, wine tastings and gastronomic or cultural tours are organized by reservation in collaboration with local operators.
The accommodation
Villa Poggio Le Vignacce is an ancient and prestigious mansion that still retains signs of past splendor in the frescoes that resurfaced during the latest restoration.
It is surrounded by meadows, olive trees and woods and offers a splendid view of the Valdichiana.
It can accommodate groups of up to 24 people and is surrounded by 2 hectares of fenced-in parkland, with large lawns, olive trees, and a natural forest of centuries-old ash, oak and cypress trees.
A large fenced-in swimming pool (mt7X14) completes this charming corner of the Valdichiana.
The villa is arranged on two floors.
On the first floor there are: 1 kitchen a professional ( with dishwasher, 6 burners, electric oven, microwave, American coffee maker, espresso maker and a large refrigerator ), 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower one of which with washing machine.
On the second floor there are 3 double rooms with bathroom with shower, 2 suites with bedroom with double bed, living room with 2 single sofa beds and bathroom with shower.
Adjacent to the villa is an outbuilding consisting of double bedroom, living room with single sofa bed, bathroom with shower and veranda.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided on request.
At the villa you can buy organic oil and wine of our own production.
We organize cooking and painting classes.

The farm is strategically located to reach the most interesting places in Tuscany and central Italy, including Arezzo, Cortona, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Lake Trasimeno, Florence and Rome.

As well as we cook for the guests, we welcome the guests, we run the courses.
It was a desire to to keep the family business alive which led me to run an agriturismo.
According to the guests, the best thing about our agriturismo is the chance to stay in a natural setting.
